Call for Submissions

This call for submissions is now closed.

This is an open call for submitting proposals on posters and demonstrations to be presented at CPS Forum on April 13, 2009. The poster/demo session will be held on the evening of April 13, 2009.

Any and all topics that capture the excitement, potential, novelty and multi-disciplinary aspects of cyber-physical systems can form the core of your proposed demos and posters.

Deadline

The deadline for submitting poster and demo proposals is now March 2, 2009.

An easel will be provided for each poster that is accepted for presentation at the poster session of the CPS Forum.

Poster Proposals

Each poster proposal should be no more than 1 page long, and should contain a title, authors, and a description of the effort(s) to be presented in the poster. Submissions in pdf format are strongly encouraged. Please click here to submit your poster proposal.

Demo Proposals

Each demo proposal should be no more than 2 pages long, and should contain a title, authors, and a detailed description of the demonstration to be carried out. Submissions in pdf format are strongly encouraged. Please click here to submit your demo proposal.

Due to logistical constraints, we expect that a relatively small # of exciting demos will be available for live presentation. Each demo group will be provided with one table, wallpower and (likely) wireless network connectivity.
